As a self-proclaimed green witch and wise woman, I am absolutely thrilled to be crafting unique herbal products that I've used within my family for ages! My deep understanding of the scientific side of plant medicine allows me to explore how different plant properties work together in exciting ways. Growing up I would play for hours pretending to mix, create, sell, and heal my toys using my mother's spice rack that I would sneak off of the kitchen wall (a spice rack that I still have in my office to this day). Now I get to share that passion with all of you through my small batch creations. I am so proud to be able to share my knowledge ~ and a touch of magick ~ with each one of you!

Amy, what is your favourite plant to work with?
Definitely Stinging Nettle! Many consider Nettle to be a nuisance and invasive, but it is one of the most nutrient packed mineral-rich plants on the planet today. Nettle is a strong ally and healer, and something that I always have close at hand.
